I do wish to tell you, however, how extremely pleased I was with Chris and the great work he did cleaning my wall-to-wall carpets and all my upholstered furniture last Friday.  He came on time, confirmed with me exactly what I was expecting, and got right to work.  He worked hard and conscientiously.

In addition he was an extremely polite and soft-spoken gentleman.  When he put the plastic booties onto his own shoes, I was impressed with them.  I asked where he got them.  He said that he orders them online.  Later when I handed him the check, he handed my my own new pair of plastic “booties”!  They were very helpful as I walked around the house the rest of the day.  I also used them today when I washed my ceramic tile kitchen and bathroom floors.  While they were drying, I could also get to other rooms in the apartment when I needed to.

He went “above and beyond”, and I am very happy with the results.  I will definitely recommend McCarthy’s Cleaning Co. to any friends I know that are looking for such services.

Last night I left David Skinner of McCarthy Cleaning Company in my salon, Colby Tanning Boutique, to clean my carpets. I couldn’t stay because I have a son I had to pick up and I was very tired. So, I showed him how to turn out the lights and let himself out. He was a very pleasant and professional young man. You are fortunate to have such a meticulous and detailed employee on your team! This morning I opened the door and I couldn’t believe how incredible it looks! He did such a wonderful job and I am exceptionally impressed. Not only does it look fantastic, but it smells wonderful as well. I’ll be telling everyone that I know to call McCarthy for all their cleaning needs! This is my first time writing a review and it’s because your service is so worthy of taking the extra mile to get the word out. John came to my house not once to clean my carpets but three times over a period of thirty days. I had a serious problem with a puff back from my furnace that cause black soot to settle on my beige carpets and I honestly thought I would have to replace them. John wasn’t sure at first if he could get it all out but he was determined to keep trying. In the end he got them to look like new again. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work. McCarthy Carpet Cleaning is the only company I will ever refer to my friend’s and family.

I highly recommend McCarthy carpet cleaners! They go above and beyond in carpet care & customer service. Twice they have rescued me from carpet emergencies. First, was when lamp oil was spilled in my family room right before I was hosting a Christmas party. I was amazed that they got the stain & odor out in time! Just recently, I tried to clean a bedroom carpet by myself for a guest visit. Big mistake! I was left with a strange odor. Several years ago I used the services of McCarthy Carpet Cleaning for my own home. Since then, not only have I used their services again, but I have also been recommending the company to all of my friends and clients. The company is a family run business with a great reputation. Paula schedules all the appointments and she is very cordial and helpful. John is a hard worker and does a most wonderful job. He is very professional and honest. Today we had our carpets cleaned and they look fabulous…just like new! We have several pets and any stains that we could have had were taken care of at this visit. We could not believe how quickly the carpets dryed. In one of the rooms, the professional carpet cleaner used a special fan that dryed the carpeted floors rather quickly. The person also helped to move some furniture and was very respectful of our things. We did not realize that this company also cleans upholstery and tile. We are sure to have them visit once again!
